Events

Get inspired, connected and empowered.

The key to our events is about being part of a collective and going on this healing journey together.

Many of our events are hosted in a canna friendly virtual space with a primary focus on healing.

Consuming cannabis is not a requirement of participating in any events, however it is accepted and welcomed in this judgement free zone.

Home.🗽Visiting family. Exploring my city with my little peach. Enjoying food, family and everything that this pandemic has made seem challenging.

Check in with your family. Teach them about cannabis as medicine. Sharing healthy, conscious ways to consume and the benefits of cannabis with my family has been the highlight of my trip.

Plant seeds without judgment and share with no expectations. You’ll be surprised who is listening and who is taking notes. 💚🌿

Do you struggle with falling asleep or staying asleep?

Sleep is essential for maintaining our mental and physical health, yet it eludes many adults. Insomnia , wakefulness and exhaustion is a very common problem, one that takes a toll on your energy, mood, and ability to function during the day.

The first thing we address during consults is SLEEP! Even if that’s not the primary concern for the visit. Some cannabis strains can help with relaxation and even sedating effects which helps us to get a better night’s sleep.

Cannabis has analgesic properties that may provide some relief for those with chronic pain, while the anti-anxiety properties can soothe a stressed out mind and body.

Sleep is one of the biggest challenges among my clients. Methods of cannabis consumption also matter.

With oral/edible products:
To get to sleep take 1-2 hours before bedtime.

To stay asleep take right at bedtime.

Inhalation may help you get to sleep but the duration of inhaled cannabis is 2-4 hrs with such a short window of effect, inhalation may not support a full night’s sleep.

School starting and mamas are both relieved and anxious. I’ve seen an uptick in consults for anxiety and depression.

I’m so grateful to walk this journey with my patients. To see them thrive despite the craziness of the world. Cannabis may not cure someone but it surely can 1000% increase their quality of life. I see it each day. I live it each day as I choose cannabis as my own medicine.

If you need support set up a consult it’s never just about cannabis. It’s always about wanting a better, healthier and symptom free life. I’m here for it! 👏🏽
